OUR APPROACH

THE BRIEF

During the brief stage, we discuss client's needs, style, taste and budget. After which we will send an onboarding form & proposal to the client outlining the brief as we grasp it.


THE DETAILS

At this stage we cross the T's and dot the I's in ensuring we have a timeline schedule, full cost breakdown, our service fees structure and all final drawings in place.

THE CONCEPT

This is a collaborative stage where we translate the brief into a master plan document, including a moodboard, site floor plans, structural changes, and furniture layout then present to the client for review.

THE EXECUTION

Work commences and our project managers and designers would be on site
regularly to ensure project exceeds clients expectations.
